Stay away
We were able to use this headset for one full charge - when it worked it worked great, but it only worked for one full charge and now it is dead. We are now trying to figure out what to do with it.

Poor Quality!
Maybe I just received a dud, but I purchased this specific headset because I used previous models (H850 and H700) both before and was fairly pleased. I gave it to my mom for Christmas because of it's ease to use and great look while also usually fitting on the ear.

She gave it right back after the first hour because of "hissing noises" she claimed to hear in the background.

Sure enough, I paired it to my phone, and even with no call and just walking around, I would hear some light hisses and crackles.

I had recently purchased the H715 from Costco for myself and was surprised how different the quality was.

Wish I could say I was exchanging it to try another, but now my mom just wants to stick with the old-fashioned wired headset instead.

I'm still giving it a three because I hope it's just this specific one, and despite the problems, I still think it looks great, and is extremely easy to use.

Ordered this product and paid the appropriate shipping in order for it to be delivered in time for Christmas. Delivery was scheduled for two days ago, and it still has not arrived. In fact, when I checked tracking, it showed that the product originated in Kentucky and is currently in California. I'm in ILLINOIS. I see no way possible for this to travel 2,000 miles overnight and make it in time for Christmas. I am very disappointed. I would have selected a different product/different distributor had I known. I am expecting to be compensated for my shipping charges.

Motorola Bluetooth H710 slow to initialize voice commands
Good product for the money. Easy to pair with Blackberry and other phone.
Easier than instructions led me to believe. Range is not far from phone at all which is okay if one is using it in one's car and phone is right there. Takes along time to initialize voice commands. Over 15 seconds but, maybe my Bluetooth needs a battery charge? I would recommend this bluetooth. Comfortable to wear. Wish it came with a pouch or holder. Clear sound both ways. Did you know that these things come with unreplacable batteries? 400 charges and then, since battery is unreplacable, we get to buy a whole new bluetooth!

WOW!
I received my Motorola H710 today. I was able to pair it, charge it and use it without using the instructions, it is that easy to use. From what I can see, the sound is superb. It connects immediately when you open the boom. I had a Motorola H500 previously and had nothing but problems. I highly recommend this model. From the reviews I have read it offers superior wind noise reduction also. Can't wait for summer to open my sunroof and give it a try!!
