Great Smoothies
The Lightfull Satiety Smoothies live up to their name. They do keep you full and satisfied, especially if you have one for breakfast along with a Vita Muffin top. They are a great way to get fiber into your diet. I especially like the chocolate and the Cafe Latte flavors. If you want to be really decadent, add a scoop of low fat ice cream and you have a great afternoon or evening snack.

The reason I am back to a normal weight
Wow, how do I find the words great enough to describe this product. I'll try to explain through my experience with these smoothies. I used to be an oh we'll say "pleasantly plump" individual. I tried eating less but I would always find myself starving between meals...until I found Lightfull Satiety Smoothies. I saw them at the local Giant and figured "hey, what the hay?" and gave them a try. Needless to say I was not disappointed. I was surprised to see that all the flavors were not only incredibly delicious, but extremely filling too. After drinking just one smoothie I made it between meals without even thinking about reaching for that bag of potato chips! My personal favorite is the Cafe Latte, which was rich and creamy and how they keep it to 90 calories is beyond me. Compared to similar products I have tried these have without a doubt worked the best. I am happy to say I am now down in weight thanks to this products help from keeping me snacking between meals. Just try it, I promise you will not be disappointed.

Lightfull Satiety Smoothies
I was so excited to find these smoothies online. I liked them all but I love the Cafe Latte best. I take my snow cone maker and use the shaved ice to make the smoothie even thicker...and it is really AWESOME!!!
