P90X Works
I'm on my 3rd week of P90X and have already lost 3lbs. Its roughly an hour a day with only basic equipment required so its perfect for people with tight schedules that need to work out whenever they can at home.

I'm doing the Lean program and the first day was killer...felt i was going to throwup and had to open a window for fresh air :-) But your body adjusts within a few days.

You do tons of novel excercises back to back so you cram alot in and doesn't get boring. Its helped me out greatly with flexibility. The meal plan is rather unrealistic unless you have a private chef. Also, the recommended colorie levels were too high for my body wieght so I'm going with the portion plan and adjusting colories down. I'm seeing and feeling difference after less then 3 weeks.

I recommend it.

Just what I wanted.
This is a great system. Compared to a gym membership, you can do this in your own house with just dumbells, a chair, and chin up bar. The work outs are easy to follow, basic moves that you can easily set your own pace with the video. There is no need for pausing or backing up.

THIS IS A MUST HAVE!!!
These videos are amazing! They really do keep you interested in working out by changing up the routine everyday...and you don't have to leave your house!!! Honestly, I committed to this workout and was in the best shape of my life (and that was without following their meal plan!). Two thumbs way up :)

A hard and very affective program
This program is tough. If the correct steps are followed meaning the eating and training programs included, the results will speak for themselves.

P90X great results
I am very happy with the product. It was actually better than I thought it would be. I have already experienced great results and am only in week 3. I would recommend it to anyone who desires an intense workout. The product is recommended for those who do not suffer from current injuries or who are prone to injury. Do not spend the money on this if you are not physically able to complete a very intense workout.
